Tuesday to me means LEG DAY!! 

Leg day is one of my favorite days at the gym.  Most people have a love/hate relationship with this day at the gym, but it is a MUST.  NEVER skip leg day!!

Depending on what my week looks like at the gym and who I will be working out with will decide if I will be breaking up leg day into two parts.  Normally I break it up into QUADS/CALVES and the next leg day is HAMS/GLUTES.  These leg days will never happen back to back you must give your legs time to rest in between.  At least 48 hours :)

Squats are a girls best friend, and you should always squat like Channing Tatum is watching!!  So there is a video below to show you proper form so you can get that booty and not get hurt!! 
Start with just the bar and work your way up.
